Ben Smith 

Ben is a capable, tenacious Project Manager with proven negotiation and people management skills across a range of categories including property and technology. Ben has worked in procurement for a number of high street brands including Dixons Carphone and Costa Coffee, where he successfully redesigned a global supply chain across 42 countries. 

 

Since joining Procure4 in 2018 Ben has been recognised for his detailed approach to cost reduction and savings delivery, interrogating and improving supply chains to maximise value across multi-channel spend areas. Working across a number of client projects, Ben develops strong working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers alike thanks to his category insight and keen sense of humour!
