Nigel’s career has always been about working with great people to overcome challenges and improve performance, initially as a young Army officer serving around the globe and then on the management teams of blue-chip businesses, with Mars and United Biscuits.
Having started Procure4 with Tony Atkinson in 2003, he is as energised and passionate today. Nigel and Tony have consistently invested in recruiting the best, providing them with the training, tools, inspiration and support to thrive.

Outside of Work:
Tries to keep up with his sons in the surf, on the football pitch or when dressed in Lycra, whilst being a long-suffering fan of Plymouth Argyle.
