Gaëlle is a Senior Procurement and Supply Chain professional with over 15 years experience in hospitality working across restaurants, hotels and contract catering for iconic brands such as Côte, Café Rouge, Bella Italia, Strada, Butlin’s, Haven, Warner Leisure Hotels, WSH, Aramark. She has a strong track record of delivering commercial value, a proven ability to challenge the status quo, drive continuous improvement and manage change and transformation.
Gaëlle joined Procure4 in 2021 and quickly proved herself to be an accomplished leader. As Category Director, she brought together various part of the business to create a Centre of Excellence, ensuring P4 tools and processes remains at the forefront of excellence, driving continuous improvement and bringing innovation to benefit our clients. This comes from Gaëlle’s passion to empower people and set them for success.
And this can very much be seen in some of her project successes to-date:
o Reviewed the supply chain for food and beverage and utilising her knowledge of the industry to support with the redevelopment of the drinks menu for a large restaurant chain
o Developed a strategy to allow a 500+ restaurants chain to establish their own supply chain, a total cost breakdown approach showed how a restructure would allow parity in costs whilst increasing control over their supply chain
o Set up a brand-new supply chain as part of an acquisition in France and later developed a group procurement approach strategy to bring 3 independent companies together to leverage the full power of the group
Areas of expertise include procurement and supply chain, creating strategic plans, problem-solving, analytics and forecasting, developing new ways of working and processes, project management, stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship management.S
Outside of Work:
Gaëlle spends her spare time with her family, including her young son. Gaëlle loves to travel, discover new cultures, meet new people and try new food. She also enjoys practising yoga.
