This encompassed a significant portion of Barchester's marketing and customer experience and customer experience expenditure and involved intricate supplier relationships, necessitating a thorough evaluation of the current agency dynamics.
Approach
Procure4 initiated discussions with Barchester's marketing and customer experience team to gain insights into their existing marketing and customer experience services, including campaign specifications and environmental sustainability considerations. Through Procure4's comprehensive approach across the seven categories within Barchester Healthcare's marketing landscape, a significant budget reduction of 15% was achieved alongside enhanced agency performance. This success was driven by the collaborative 'One Team' approach, coupled with innovative strategies and meticulous value engineering efforts.
