Ben Smith

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

I joined Procure4 as a Category Leader in 2018 after holding global procurement roles at Costa Coffee and Dixons Retail. Over my seven years with the business, I’ve progressed to Senior Project Manager, leading and supporting teams of Category Leaders and Analysts.

No two days are the same, but my role typically involves building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, showing the value Procure4 can bring and making sure there’s the right sponsorship behind our projects and guiding and challenging our internal teams so we deliver on time and in full.

I’ve worked across a wide mix of sectors, from public and private healthcare to logistics. I spent two years working in our US business, giving me a perspective on how culture and ways of working shift across markets.

Outside of work, I’m known as Procure4’s resident golf pro, although since a new arrival joined the family, I’ve been spending more time at the sandpit than the bunker!

Katja Radosevic

PROJECT MANAGER

I joined Procure4 in May 2024 as a Project Manager based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

With more than 10 years of procurement experience across the US and Europe, I bring a global perspective to every engagement. Businesses I’ve worked with include SPG, Whitbread and Heathrow Airport, where my work focused on strengthening strategies, processes and governance. I specialize in helping clients transform their procurement functions to deliver long-term value and also design and deliver training to embed new ways of working and drive lasting change.

I’m passionate about creating sustainable impact and enjoy building trusted relationships that get to the root of challenges and unlock practical, long-term solutions.

Away from work, I enjoy running, playing tennis and traveling.

Andrew Chin

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

I joined Procure4 in early 2025 as a Senior Business Analyst with over eight years’ experience in data analytics and business intelligence.

Most of my career has been in the foodservice industry, providing expertise across nearly every category in sourcing, category management and market basket analytics. This makes Procure4 a fantastic fit for me with the range of clients and categories we review. I love using data to simplify complexity and tell compelling stories, turning large datasets into meaningful dashboards for clients and stakeholders.

Away from work, I’m always keen to explore: visiting new destinations, trying (and retrying) recipes, getting outdoors, playing pickleball and watching any and every sport.

Lois Brown

CATEGORY LEADER

Since joining Procure4 as an intern in 2021, I’ve progressed through the business into my current role as a Category Leader where I support clients across all Procure4 service line projects.

My day-to-day varies depending on the client and project, but most of my time is spent engaging key client stakeholders to understand their spend areas and cost pressures, forming and delivering procurement strategies that unlock value and deliver sustainable solutions for our clients and providing additional capacity to clients' internal procurement teams, working as 'One Team' to successfully deliver their procurement strategy.

So far, my experience at Procure4 has focused on indirect categories, from a large Soft FM project for a hospitality client to managing a broad range of people and professional service spend areas for a leading third-party logistics provider.

Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors, whether it’s hiking up mountains, or running along my local canal.
